Plan of Action


My Objectives Are The Following:
  1. To get as many qualified buyers as possible into your home until it is SOLD.
  2. To communicate the results of my activities weekly to you.
  3. To assist you in getting the highest possible price for your property with the least amount of problems.
  4. To constantly look for the best possible methods of exposing your property to the potential buyers in the market.

The Following Is My Plan For Marketing Your Home:
  1. Agree on a fair selling price.
  2. Submit your home to the Multiple Listing Service.
  3. Submit copies of your listing to all agents on our sales force.
  4. Tour your home with our office.
  5. Promote your home at the MLS Breakfast for maximum exposure.
  6. Develop a list of features and benefits of your home including a photo.
  7. Advise you as to changes you may want to make on your property.
  8. Constantly update you as to the current market changes.
  9. Knock on 50 doors in the surrounding area.
  10. Provide a professional sign and lockbox.
  11. Hold open house when possible.
  12. Advise when necessary.
  13. Pre-qualify, when possible, all prospective buyers.
  14. Make you completely aware of all the various methods of financing.
  15. Have cooperating brokers in your area tour your home.
  16. Provide for cooperating brokers a list of features and benefits.
  17. Follow-up on all salespeople that have shown your home for response.
  18. Assist you in arranging interim financing, if necessary.
  19. Deliver a copy of your multiple listing for your approval.
  20. Represent you upon the presentation of all offers.
  21. Handle follow-up & keep you informed, after acceptance of an offer.
  22. Have a 24hr Talking Ad on your property.
  23. Develop an internet marketing program for your property.
  24. Personally provide a home warranty on you home.
  25. Send flyers to the top agents in other geographical areas.
  26. Develop a Wall Street Journal advertising campaign if needed.
  27. Deliver your check at closing.
