Plan of Action
My Objectives Are The Following:
- To get as many qualified buyers as possible into your home until it is SOLD.
- To communicate the results of my activities weekly to you.
- To assist you in getting the highest possible price for your property with the least amount of problems.
- To constantly look for the best possible methods of exposing your property to the potential buyers in the market.
The Following Is My Plan For Marketing Your Home:
- Agree on a fair selling price.
- Submit your home to the Multiple Listing Service.
- Submit copies of your listing to all agents on our sales force.
- Tour your home with our office.
- Promote your home at the MLS Breakfast for maximum exposure.
- Develop a list of features and benefits of your home including a photo.
- Advise you as to changes you may want to make on your property.
- Constantly update you as to the current market changes.
- Knock on 50 doors in the surrounding area.
- Provide a professional sign and lockbox.
- Hold open house when possible.
- Advise when necessary.
- Pre-qualify, when possible, all prospective buyers.
- Make you completely aware of all the various methods of financing.
- Have cooperating brokers in your area tour your home.
- Provide for cooperating brokers a list of features and benefits.
- Follow-up on all salespeople that have shown your home for response.
- Assist you in arranging interim financing, if necessary.
- Deliver a copy of your multiple listing for your approval.
- Represent you upon the presentation of all offers.
- Handle follow-up & keep you informed, after acceptance of an offer.
- Have a 24hr Talking Ad on your property.
- Develop an internet marketing program for your property.
- Personally provide a home warranty on you home.
- Send flyers to the top agents in other geographical areas.
- Develop a Wall Street Journal advertising campaign if needed.
- Deliver your check at closing.
